2015 Wisconsin Act 79 allows the publication of certain legal notices on an Internet site maintained by a municipality. This law allows these types of legal notices to be posted in one physical location in the jurisdiction (instead of three) if also placed on an Internet site maintained by the local government. PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Buchanan Municipal Board of Canvassers will meet to conduct a recount of the Town Office of Supervisor III from the Spring General Election held on April 6, 2021.

This meeting is open to the public to observe the recount process.

1) CALL MEETING TO ORDER

2) ROLL CALL & VERIFY PUBLIC NOTICE

3) CONDUCT A RECOUNT OF VOTES CAST FOR TOWN OF BUCHANAN OFFICE OF SUPERVISOR III OF THE SPRING GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 6, 2021.

4) ADJOURNMENT
