Construction Projects
The Town of Buchanan is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the Town's 46 miles of roads & highways. The services range from pothole repairs in spring to rural ditch mowing in summer, to snow removal in the winter months. Maintenance crews also remove debris from the roads and ditches.

2024 Projects
The following pavement improvement projects are planned for completion in 2024.
"Van Handel Drive Project” includes:
· Van Handel Dr—Saratoga to Hillside
· Van Handel Dr—Hank to Saratoga

"County Road KK and State Park Traffic Light Project” includes:
· County Road KK and State Park Road - Traffic Signals will be installed and additional turn lanes will be added, contact Calumet County with any questions 920-849-1434. Construction is scheduled to start July 17, 2024 with a full road closure from CTH N to STH 55. See Calumet County project website at https://calumetcounty.org/804/Road-Construction-Projects.
Outagamie Road Project” includes:
- Pulverize and Pave Outagamie Road between New Road and Clancey Lamers
CTH N Watermain Project:
Darboy Sanitary District will be closing CTH N from the Emons Rd/Buchanan Rd roudabout to CTH CE starting Tuesday July 30th for a watermain project. Please see the following notice and detour map. Please contact Darboy Sanitary District with questions at 920-788-6048.
