Fire & Rescue
Buchanan Fire & Rescue is a volunteer department currently served by volunteer firefighters. Fire & Rescue calls include requests for jaws, vehicle and structure fires, gas leaks, accident clean up and many other fires service calls. In addition, we responded to several requests from our neighboring communities for "mutual aid" which is assistance that we provide for each other when the need for additional personnel or fire apparatus is needed.
