2015 Wisconsin Act 79 allows the publication of certain legal notices on an Internet site maintained by a municipality. This law allows these types of legal notices to be posted in one physical location in the jurisdiction (instead of three) if also placed on an Internet site maintained by the local government. PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT MEETING

THURSDAY, MAY 27, 2021 FROM 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

NOTICE OF POTENTIAL GATHERING OF A QUORUM OF THE TOWN OF BUCHANAN BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the members of the Town of Buchanan Town Board may be present at a Road Construction Public Involvement meeting for Woodstock Ln, Northbrook Ct, and the area at Stillwater and Main Street Pond to be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Town of Buchanan Town Hall located at N178 County Road N, Appleton, WI 54915. Although no formal action will be taken nor matters of Town business discussed, a quorum of the Board may be gathered for the event.
